It can set a small percentage of smaller seedless fruit. Highly disease resistant and should not require spraying making them ideal for coastal subtropical climates. This variety is owned by FAVGRO. The purchaser agrees that propagation of the vines for sale, without authorisation from the breeder is prohibited. They are vigorous vines and should not be planted where they can escape into native bushland, as they would quickly smother trees and shrubs around them.

Exclusion Net - 6m x 6m

This strong net is ideal for covering most fruit trees and vegetable gardens. It is also called Bee netting, as it is used to exclude Bees from pollinating fruit trees that need to be kept seedless. It is UV stabilised and it will last years if stored after each seasons fruit protection. It is a 50gsm weave. This net can easily be cut into smaller nets if desired. Width is 6m and can also cut to a specified length in multiples of 6m only: eg 6x12m, or 6x18m up to a maximum of 6x30m. We highly recommended this for the exclusion of insects, birds and especially Fruit Fly. Fruit Fly females are large being 8mm long and sting fruit to lay their eggs only a few weeks before ripening. Brazilian Cherry - Black Beauty

Has been recently introduced into Australia, its origins are unknown but it has been extensively planted throughout Spain. The tree is vigorous with a spreading habit and small thorns. Fruit are less rounded in shape than other varieties and have a pronounced neck with few seeds. In Barcelona they are called Moon Lemons because some of the elongated fruits are supposed to be reminiscent of the moon in certain phases.
