I Live in Port Pirie S.A I like to grow tropical and subtropical fruit trees for the challenge. Water and initial shade through summer are essential for most and shelter from frost initially also. Water is life and plant a mixed selection close together. Don't worry about overcrowding, just keep them alive. If overcrowding becomes an issue, then you are a successful gardener.

Planted one approx 10 feet north east of a 40 ft Hoop Pine approx 15 years ago. Its been approx 7-8 metres tall for some time. Flowered for the first time last year that i know of. This year it's dropping quite a bit of fruit for the first time.
