Avocado Yellowing with Growth (forum)

We bought a few avocado plants from Daleys and they've been doing really well lately (bought in 2012 and 2013!) this year it's been fruiting which was super exciting.
However we're noticing that the leaves have started to yellow - with new growth and small fruits as well.
Should we be concerned? It's our darling tree, and we tried to take care of it so much in these long years.
