Does anyone have any ideas for the best varieties to pickle, other than the kalamata. I love the green cruchy ones but am unsure of the variety. I want to plant about 5 trees all up

Verdale and Manzanillo are probably the best for pickling. Mammoth is also another good bet, large fruit which are also known as Queen olives.
