Black Sapote Variety

Black Sapote starts with ...
Could you please let me know which variety of BLACK SAPOTE is best to grow in my area (Campbelltown, Sydney).
Pollination is listed as 'beneficial' but how well do they do on their own and which ones do best without pollination?
Thank you
Belinda

I have one, but donīt know whay variety is it, and havenīt find anything about pollination. But I have red that (1) it has three kind of flower: male, female and hermaphrodite, and (2) some fruit are seedless. That make me think that they can set fruit without pollination, just as the relative persimon does.
