Blue berries

    1 responses

Doug Young starts with ...
Have not had much luck with Blueberries in Brisbane, seemed to be too hot for them where I planted in the garden. Thinking of going to pots in a partly shaded area.
What varieties would do best (for crop continuity and climate suitability)?
Should I plant them in separate pots or together?

I have all mine on the eastern side of the house, this year had the biggest crop from each so far . I have them all in 56l 53cm wide black plastic pots.
Sharp blue & Gulf Coast seems to be the best, although all other subtropical ones do just as well.
