blueberries for home garden

    1 responses

A few years ago a local family were growing blueberries commercially in our area. They had two varieties that I cannot find, Ebony and Bluecrop. Can you advise if they are available now, or the most suitable to grow in this area. We have moderate temperatures, Spring and Autumn, up to 40 C degrees, occasionally in Summer, and occasionally have frosts in Winter. My garden is raised, so is well drained, and faces North East.

I too have been unable to the Ebony but here in the U.S. you can find Bluecrop at
gurneys.com and others. Good Luck.
