Can anyone identify?

Haiku starts with ...
Just moved to a property on Maui with many exotic fruit trees. We are having trouble identifying this tree.

Has these very interesting three petal flowers the give off an intense fruity smell. Big long leaves similar to cacao.

Any help greatly appreciated.
