coffee tree help

Nq grower starts with ...
Hi everyone,

I have a coffee tree which has been in the ground for a while now - and i have just had my first lot of flowers and berries (still on the plant!) while this is awesome - my tree looks far from healthy. There has been significant leaf drop and yellowing of the leaves. Does anyone know what the problem might be, and how I can fix it (hopefully without losing the berries!)
