Michelle starts with ...
I have recently bought an apple tree,a dwarf Ballerina .I did not realise it was a crab apple tree.
Does anyone have any idea about what I can do with crab apples?
The tree is starting to develop new growth.

Hi, you can make crab apple jam apparently. They are also useful as pollinators for many other varieties of apple.
