It's a bit late in the year as they fruit usually around Feb/March. There are a few subspecies around, some of us growth the North Queensland one and others the bushier type from Northern New South Wales. I have both but it will be next year now before they fruit if you want some. I imagine the seed doesn't store well and would need to be fresh.
