I purchased this bare root peach along with two nectarines afew months ago and am having issues with this peach tree. Will it be okay or is there anything I can do to help it?

I think you should write directly to Daleys to ask. From what I can see in your photos, it looks like the graft is at the top of the cut of the main trunk. If so, it looks like there are 2 shoots below this graft so they should be removed, but check with Daleys. As for the blackened stem, not sure what it is. If it is diseased or dead, cut it off.
