Dragon Fruit vine clusters

Andrew starts with ... We want to start planting our vines but now sure how many vines should be planted together to form a cluster of vines that you typical see with Dragon Fruit. Anonymous says... Why do you need to support them unless there growing in the wrong direction and u then use stakes to support a change.
