Judith N starts with ...
I have 1cm long ants on my dragon fruit flowers. Should I get rid of the ants and if so, with what? Thank You.

Hi Judith,
The larger ants should be ok and may assist pollination but the small black ants are a problem as they farm aphids on the flowers, fruit and young stems. I use pyrethrum to get rid of them. You can buy it or make your own from pyrethrum daisies.
