We have a very old dwarf apple tree. It is falling over and was put in a spot that would be almost impossible to move. Can I grow another tree from this same tree? It has sentimental value.

You can but you will need to graft a piece of this tree onto an apple rootstock. If you have never tried you hand at grafting try an internet search for apple grafting techniques. Good luck with it.
