dwarf black mulberry or red shahtoot? (forum)

Hi,
I had my heart set on a dwarf black mulberry for my Melbourne inner city garden - until I heard about the dwarf red shahtoot. How do I choose? I have two kids who love fruit, so I'm looking for a prolific bearer with the best taste eaten fresh. It needs to be a dwarf. Can anyone help by comparing the two?
Thanks
Denise

I have one of each in my orchard. The dwarf black is my all time favourite back yard tree, my far the most generous tree I have. It produces a bumper crop that means the birds even leave me a few fruits to nibble on. The red shahtoot, is another of my favourites, it is slower growing but worth the wait. The fruits are long and honey sweet.
