Have had very good success with the dwarf pear from Flemings. 2 trees fairly low chill in their first year after planting have flowered and have set fruit.
The foliage is nice and glossy.
Will post photos when I take them.

Nice- will be interested to hear how they taste. I was tempted this year but already had a triple graft nashi reserved. So I got a multi graft nectarine as a consolation.......
