Dwarf Wurtz - Browning leaves (forum)

Morning, I recently bough purchased the dwarf and have planted in raised well drained bed.
The leaves however are turning brown.
Is this salt build up our something else?
I'm getting lots of new growth and nothing on the trunk or branches.
