Yes, it is. One of those is Wurtz. My friend has had one and it has fruits after 3 years in Melbourne. I was told that you could even grow them in big pot.

It is the first time in a while we have had them in stock and they have been overwhelmingly popular and it has been hard to keep our stock levels up.

The Dwarf Wurtz Avocado Tree is a slow grower and much smaller. At full size it should be 2 meters smaller then say a Fuerte Avocado.

I am not sure about your climate in Warburton but if you do get frosts I would suggest trying the Avocado Bacon Tree. It is the most cold hardy variety by far.

It is bigger then the Wurtz but if you were to prune it every year you could keep the size down.

The Avocado Tree is the hardest fruit tree to grow because they are very fussy.

You need to do your research and spend a lot of time preparing your site.
