I have a Eureka Lemon tree which has been moved from Millbrae, Windsor and now Lincoln, ca. It has been in a pot, in the ground, back in a pot and now in the ground again. It previous never produced and I was told I had cut off the root stock? Now this year it is growing and is full of huge green somethings which look like grapefruit. Is this a Ponderosa or what? Will it ever produce lemons? Please reply as this is a mystery.

it sounds as though you've cut this thing back below the graft and now you're growing whatever the rootstock was, it could be anything compatible really, maybe a grapefruit, orange, or ponderosa etc.
