Hiya I recently purchased 2 Feijoa plants from you and potted separately with identical soil, watering and sunlight. One is going gang-busters with plentiful new growth. The other has seen all leaves fall off and is now barren. There are no insects or things that standout.

Must be all the smoke from those fires. But seriously you are lucky if that is the case. Of about 50 fruit I harvested last year 49 were inedible due to FF.

They would be on seedling rootstocks which vary considerably due to natural variation. It is likely one rootstock was stronger against whatever has affected the other.
