Finger lime loosing leaves

I only got my plant 5 days ago, I planted it in a 70L pot in my backyard where it gets about 5-6 hours of light. its is in 1/3 premium potting mic and 1/3 citrus. I have been giving large amounts of water to water it in, one watering had a small amount of seasol. I have just noticed a large amount of leaves falling off and the ones that are on are extremely brittle.

I don't know if it's because it was recently repotted or anything else I'm doing wrong
