Roger says... It is one of the hybrid varieties that I bought from a local nursery. Since the cyclone came through, all of the flowers have dropped, however there are fruit on the tree. Some have turned yellow and dropped, but there are still plenty that are holding on. I hope that I will finally get a full grwon fruit from the tree this year. | About the Author baldrick1 Darwin 25th February 2011 2:31pm #UserID: 1893 Posts: 16 View All baldrick1's Edible Fruit Trees |
Roger says... After having my hopes raised by the welcome flowering and numerous small fruit on my trees, the heavy rain has come and knocked the majority off. The only saving grace has been the fact that tree is continuing to flower. The larger fruits have not suffered so hopefully will have some ready soon. | About the Author baldrick1 Darwin 17th March 2011 1:58pm #UserID: 1893 Posts: 16 View All baldrick1's Edible Fruit Trees |
