My lemon tree is infected with gall wasp which I'm trying to get rid of. Can you eat the lemons off the tree?

It does not effect the fruit, but if you have a serious infestation they can weaken the tree. Cut them out in the winter.

Hi I think my lemon tree has gall wasp.It has thickened, lumpy stems. I have been on the Internet and seen pics of what gall wasp looks like. Can u help me get rid of this. What should I do?

As mentioned above, prune the lumps out. Either burn the infested wood or wrap securely in thick plastic and throw them in the bin so you don't spread the infestation.
