Germinating Panama berry seeds

    2 responses

Recently I collected seed from our panama berry seeds and I have tried to germinate them with no success. What is the trick to getting these to germinate? Can they be propagated by air layering?
Thanks

I recommend propagating the Panama Berry via cutting this way the growth is more rapid and are almost certain to grow roots. As for propagating them from seeds I am not sure why they are not germinating.

There is no evidence that Panama Berry are able to be propagated from cuttings. I’ve read air layering is a better option or from seed. Have you tried propagating from cuttings?
