Grape vine leaf discolouration

Hi there. Given that there seems to be so many different types of deficiencies or diseases, I was hoping a few pictures of my grape vine could help with treatment.
In our new house there is a grape vine we are hoping to climb up and over a trellis in the sitting area. The older leaves have very yellowed and brown discolouration. The new leaves are green with brown spotting. I know the previous owner didnt maintain the garden, just watered.

Is there something I can do to help the vine out?
