Fruitylicious1 says... Hi Frank Yes definitely, you can grow Italia grapes in your area. Grapes has been grown in Australia from N.T. up to Tasmania and in between. The only problem I can see in coastal areas like yours is high humidity which can cause powdery mildew (powdery spots on leaves) and botrytis cinerea which will cause the fruit to rot. Anyway, if its only for domestic consumption you can easily treat it with copper soap fungicide for botrytis and combination of baking soda and dish washing liquid for powdery mildew.
