Merry starts with ... I am interested in purchasing apple trees: live in Sydney/chill 600 hours. Must be dwarf trees. Pinkabelle + pollinator is on my list. I am interested in trees, the fruit of which do not appear in the supermarket: i.e. Cox's Orange Pippin. Secondly, I am concerned about pruning. It appears to be a complicated business. So, does anyone have any pointers regarding pruning: web sites/literature etc. I've been going through the Heritage Fruit Trees that have a good selection to choose from. At the time of writing Yalca web site is off line (due to updating?) Has anyone had success with apples in Sydney, and what types? Plus I would like to get a small Quince tree. Does anyone have any knowledge to share here. Thank you so much. | About the Author Merry BEROWRA HEIGHTS,2082,NSW 10th April 2017 6:06pm #UserID: 13426 Posts: 5 View All Merry's Edible Fruit Trees |
