Can any help me if I can grow dragon fruit in Canberra?
If I can, please explain how!
Canberra does have severe frost & sub zero degrees in winter time!

You would need a heated green house before you even try. Frost freezes the segments of the dragon fruit cacti and then turns them to mush when they defrost. They require a frost free climate to grow.
