Identify Black Sapote Varieties

Jaz starts with ...
I bought these two black sapote today at the markets and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what varieties they might be?

I want to try growing the seeds, if there are any, so I'd like to know what variety the seeds are coming from.

Their calyx havn't lifted Jaz, so they may have been picked a tad early. It's been a month since you posted those pic's, did they ripen up?
