These are our first fruit off this atemoya, could you advise if it is ripe enough to pick?

Looks to me that it could be picked & left out on the table to get soft with touch..... This one looks like it is getting ripe as the fruit is starting to go slightly pale.....Could take up to 5 days to ripen fully.
