Kath says... Maybe for a season or two but not to successful fruiting stage. Jakfruits produce very large fruit up to or over 20 kg, the tree needs to be large and strong enough to support the weight of these enormous fruits. They could be grown as an ornamental specimen in a pot for a couple of years but they are not suited to a life in a pot. | About the Author Kath Cawongla 25th April 2008 6:51am #UserID: 2 Posts: 363 View All Kath's Edible Fruit Trees |

HappyEarth says... Jakfruits generally take 3-6 years before bearing first fruits. How tall is your Jakfruit at the moment? Rich www.happyearth.com.au | About the Author wollongong 13th July 2008 9:56pm #UserID: 0 Posts: View All 's Edible Fruit Trees |
