Japanese Pepper Tree (forum)

Debbie starts with ...
My nephew has many pepper trees growing in his yard. Is is possible to kill them off with neat roundup as others have been suggesting for other trees?
I understand that I will need to drill holes and insert poison immediately for the poison to be effective.
Is this correct for this tree?
