Keeping Seedless seedless

HughS starts with ...
I noted a comment in the description the Nules Clemantine that is was 'seedless when grown by itself'.
Does this mean if it is grown amongst other Citrus that cross pollination will cause it to be seeded, or only when grown with other Nules? If grown with other citrus, what distance has to be established between trees in order to maintain the seedless status?
