Hi Folks,
I’m looking for Vanilla Tahitensis seedlings to buy or trade. I’m also on the lookout for Vanilla Planifolia seedlings grown from seed. I’m in Melbourne & happy to pay shipping from interstate if needed. Thanks

Nearly all plants are grown from cuttings these days, it requires specialist growers to get seedlings up and saleable. Is there a reason you want to get hold of seedlings? Maybe an orchid group could help

@TyalgumPhil, I'm interested in seedling for a bit of genetic diversity. I would think given that most vanilla is grown from cuttings it'd face the same potential issue as Cavendish bananas being clones - that if there's another instance like Panama, all plants will be highly vulnerable due to a lack of genetic diversity
