Can anyone advise me as to why my mandarins seem to be dried inside, there is no juice. Thank you Teresa

Dry granulated citrus fruit can be a sign of boron deficiency, it can also be a sign of an infestation of sap sucking insects. Fruit that have been left on the tree for too long will also dry out. Keeping trees well watered and nourished should prevent this from happening.
