Yes you can grow mango in Adelaide. Jackfruit is uber marginal in Adelaide area though unless you have a greenhouse or sizeable poly tunnel then yes you have a bigger chance to succeed with jackfruit in your nick of the woods. But if you are really keen to try jfruit in the city of the churches and willing to do the hard yards why not?
