Take the dish out from underneath the pot and put the plant outside - in a semi shaded spot.

It's not esy to grow a mangoe in a pot for very long at all...so start thinking about a much bigger pot - or even better - a spot outside in the ground..? :)

Do you have a cool season Syrine..? You could wait until then - just make sure that you allow the water to run out of the pot and don't feed the tree any strong fertilisers (or just use tiny amounts)....
They can get fertiliser burn this way otherwise - and also if your water quality is not good (as in salty) then the dish under the pot can make things worse...

Do you have a nice shady spot for it outside until u are ready to plant it out - or are u keeping it inside?

Syrine, Mango tree loves hot climate. I dont think 38C is a problem. Mango tree can survive under harsh conditions. It doesnt like frost though but I dont think you have that problem in Tunisia.

I would put it out in the ground. Remember sunlight is food fo plants.
