I have 2 shoots coming up in my mangos seeds is that normal or do I need to cut the runt one

The general thinking is that the smaller shoots are likely to be variants, and different to the parent stock. The stronger shoot is usually a clone of the mother tree in polyembryonic mangoes. So if you want a new and possibly exciting cultivar, don't cut the runt!
