Mango Tree Issues

Hi Sir

I need your expert guidance in saving my second Mango Tree showing signs of Decay with knots and edges with no shoots. It should be sprawling with flowers this time of the year in Newcastle. I lost one very big tree Kensington Pride after 10 years of bearing an abundance of fruits to the same form of the disease last year and I painfully cut it to the ground and lost the tree.

Please help with what I can do with any fungicide spray to revive this tree as this is also Kensington Pride. I have attached the photos for your kind reference.
Thanks a lot for your time. Regards
Nagesh
