Just wondering if anyone can help me and tell me what is going wrong with my mango tree. The outside bark seems to be cracking and dying i have broken a bit away and is soft but no sap or anything coming out.
Just wondering what it is and if it is treatable?
Thanks for your help

New leaves of my Grafted Kensington Pride Mango tree is it is burning and twisted for 2nd consecutive year. Branches are dying out and mango tree has stopped growing.
Last year and this year (so far), there is hardly summer and it has been raining in Sydney.
Any help/suggestion will be very much appreciated. Thanks

Esskay - Looks like it is suffering from anthracnose fungal attack. The wet weather this year and last is responsible for this problem. KP is very susceptible to this disease and you will need to spray regularly with suitable fungicide. A better choice for Sydney is the Kwan mango tree because it is more resistant to anthracnose, and the fruit is very tasty.
