mulberries dropping unripe fruit (forum)

Tory T starts with ...
My dwarf mulberry (not a black mulberry, its fruit is longer and redder in colour and has a cherry taste to the fruit) is in its third season it is still very small but has lots of fruit developing on it now but I have noticed its started dropping it immature fruit, not all but quite a lot. Why! is this normal.Can anyone help. Thanks Tory-T
