I have two Shahtoot trees, one dwarf and one white king shahtoot. It’s winter and they are losing their leaves. What should I do with them over winter? Do they need protection? Feed? When should I prune? Please help!

It's normal as Mulberry goes dormant in winter like apple. You will see new leaves and fruits in August. Need to cover to protect young fruits from frost in August. Cheers
