Nashi pear fungicide (forum)

I'm in Perth.
I have a two way nashi pear tree I got last year in a pot. The tree has three small fruits which size about 3 centimetre round now. Some of the leaves are a little bit curly or have some black spots or partially torn.
Should I take off the fruits and spray fungicide? Or can I keep the fruits and spray?
I also would like to know if you have any recommendations for type of fungicide.
