Fruitylicious1 says... Hi Mrstib Most olive trees grows to an average 15 to 20 feet tall and equally wide though you can restrict their height and width with judicious pruning. Their eventual size will also depend upon the climate, soil, environment and the level of care you can provide them. Looking at the tree alone to ascertain it's variety especially when they are still young is like the proverbial 'needle in the haystack'. The best way to tell the variety of an olive tree is by examining it's fruit. If you could just just wait for a few more years. Of course there's always a short cut that is through DNA analysis if you are willing to spare a few wad of cash.
