Let them develop a little further until they have established seperate root systems. Citrus plants often have "polyembryonic" seeds where several plants identical to the parent will grow from a single seed. Sometimes up to five or six will appear - any very vigorous seedling which outgrows the others will be the pollinated embryo and different to the parent. Best to discard this one. Same with some mango varieties.
