Panama Passionfruit (forum)

My Panama Passionfruit is 2 years old and thriving. Plenty of flowers. But the flowers form into green sac like shapes and wither and die.(refer photo) There are seemingly plenty of bees around, and I've even tried self-pollinating; but no fruit at all to date.
Given plenty of water, and necessary fertilizer in spring. But fruitless !
