The fruit on my four year old peach tree is dropping when it gets to about 20mm long. Apart from that the tree appears healthy and received plenty of TLC.I live in Broken Hill

there could be a number of reasons for fruit drop at that size. it could be an issue of too much/little fertilizer, incorrect timing of fertilizer, too much/little water, high winds, or some sort of infestation. sometimes fruit also drops if the tree doesn't have a sufficient root system to provide nourishment. unfortunately I can't really give you an actual answer based on the photo - just a list of possibilities.
