Bensparky1 says... You cannot 'get rid' of leaf curl in spring. Leaf curl will affect a lot of the leaves, then when they cannot photosynthesise, they will die and fall off the tree, when each cluster dies and falls off, new shoots come up behind them that are healthy. It's not the end of the world as it simply slows the progress of the tree for as long as the leaves are damaged and still on the tree. What I have done successfully on a new (ish) nectarine tree with leaf curl (it doesn't only affect peaches but nectarines and apricots also), is to pick off the leaves. DON'T pick them off all at once, but pick off 3 or 4 leaves per day. Throw them in the bin and wash your hands, then repeat the next day. If you pick them all off at once, you'll kill the tree.
