My peanut tree was planted this spring. It was about 12 inches at the time. It now is about 3 and half feet tall with multiple limbs a leaves. Has not bloomed or produced any fruit. Can I prune the lower limbs to make it more like a tree or should I wait

My peanut butter tree is about 3.5 mts tall . I pruned all the lower branches off . Berries all over it at times . Small plantlets all over the place growing where the fruit has dropped .
